There will be a fundraiser for Chef Eugen Wittman, of Hans House Restaurant, this Thursday, July 2, from 5:00 p.m. Until 7:00 at Veterans Park in Elbow Lake. To find Veterans Park, just look for the Elbow Lake water tower. Wittman has medical expenses associated with kidney disease and all proceeds will to towards helping him with those expenses.
You can pre order your meal of a sub sandwich, chips, side salad, cookie, and beverage, by calling Louise Kuntz at 218-316-2448, or purchase your meal at the park. Bottled water will be included with each meal and social distancing will be observed in seating.
A free will donation is requested. This fundraiser is sponsored by the Elbow Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, Maplewood Manor and Prairie Ridge Hospital and Health Services.
