The Dec. 18 meeting of the West Central Area School Board was not only the last of the calendar year, but the last of the term.
This was the last meeting for Gary Sabolik and Terry Christenson. Christenson was not present at the meeting.
“I just want to thank our two board members,” Superintendent Paul Brownlow said in his report.
Sabolik has been on the board since 2016 when he was first appointed. Later in the same year, he was elected to a full term. Christenson was also first elected to the board in 2016.
The 40-minute meeting was dominated by a Fiscal Year 2024 audit presentation by Mary Reedy of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP.
The presented findings were approved later in the meeting.
