Gary Lyle Danzeisen, 72, from Maple Grove, MN passed away September 27, 2022 from early onset Alzheimer’s.
There will be a Celebration of Life at Veterans Park in Elbow Lake, MN on Saturday, June 10 at 1 p.m. Memorials may be sent to Leslie Danzeisen at 9087 Merrimac Ln N, Maple Grove, MN 55311.
Gary grew up in Elbow Lake, MN where he was a talented multi-sport athlete through high school. He was a proud graduate of Concordia College where he studied Biology and History. He retired from the printing industry and made more time for reading, daily walks, and family time. He enjoyed exploring the natural areas when he lived in NJ, WA, and AZ. Gary had a patient listening ear, an endearing sideways grin, and elusive belly laugh that went with his quick wit.
He is survived by his wife Leslie (Orland), daughters Amy Danzeisen and Angela (Neil) Theisen, step children Lisa Perrenoud, John (Maria) Briesch, and Kelley Briesch, mother Marion Mobraaten, brother Keith (Connie) Danzeisen, and 9 Grandchildren.
