
Mark Allen Winslow, a caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend passed away April 13, 2023, at the age of 64 in Miami, AZ. After months of failing health, Mark died peacefully surrounded by his loving wife.
Mark was born on April 4, 1959 to Merle and Mary Jean Winslow in Pittsburg, PA. Mark spent most of his childhood traveling with his family as his father was in the Navy. When his dad retired, the Winslow family moved to Minnesota where Mark graduated from Elbow Lake High School. Mark married Cathleen Brown March 21, 1985 and they spent most of their time raising their family in Minnesota. The Winslow family lived at Pomme de Terre River and Mark enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his children, Christopher, Charity, Joshua, Brandon, and Bobbie. Mark spent his working years in the construction industry, spending many years with EL Construction in Elbow Lake, MN and many years as a superintendent with International Cooling Tower (ICT), he retired due to illness in 2018. Mark and Cathy moved to Arizona after their children were grown and spent the last 10 years enjoying the desert and mountains. Though in the last few years Mark’s health declined, he made every effort to spend time with his family and grandchildren, attending sporting events, and arm wrestling with the grandkids.
Mark is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Cathleen Winslow; his 4 children and their families Christopher Winslow, Charity Winslow, Joshua Winslow, and Brandon (Nicole) Winslow; his stepdaughter Bobbie Nelson; 8 grandchildren; his brothers and their families Merle (Angel) and Michael.
Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Merle and Mary Jean Winslow.
