Steven Dale Leis was a fantastically funny man, cracking jokes all the way to his last days. He passed away on January 19, 2022, at the Essentia Hospital in Fargo, ND at the age of 74. He had his wife, Leticia there supporting him.
A visitation and lunch was held from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Erickson-Smith Funeral Home in Elbow Lake. A service followed at 4:30 p.m.
Steve was an only child, born to Ralph Christoff and Edna Wilhelmina (Fischer) Leis on February 28, 1947, in Fergus Falls, MN. Arrangements are pending with Erickson-Smith Funeral Home of Elbow Lake.
